Lets clear the paths of ice!!
Come out with the shovel on Saturday 11 December and help clear Leith Links paths!! It's pretty clear that the Council are really stretched by the current big freeze and unlikely to get a chance to clear pavements and paths in our area.
However the Neighbourhood Partnership is willing to drop off loads of salt/grit at specified locations. First one I'm involved in is Leith Links Colonies - there will be a dump at the east end of Industrial Road this afternoon (just around the corner from Bijou). Just come along with a wheel barrow and a spade / shovel and help yourself.
I'm keen do do main paths in Leith Links too - but need to know that other people will join in. So please get in touch if you are willing to help with this on Saturday morning!
