This Social Network could do with a few more things to really help us get going. Fortunately, the people who run it are developing some of the things we'd like to see. Hopefully, there'll soon be a way of sharing links with everyone easily. I think they're soon going to add a 'Wiki' like thing that would mean that we can easily write and edit things together. If there's anything else you'd like to see, please let me know, and I'll go looking for it and see if I can make it work.

Stop press. I've just figured out a better way to share links. If you want to share, vote or comment on links I've set up a Social News page here: www.greenerleith.slinkset.com.
The most popular links, by votes, will show up in the sidebar on the left of the main page.
http://www.rgbe.org.uk/e-news there are some quality information sources which could be adapted as profile templates for the Leith area as little projects in relation to flora and botany; wildlife and species monitoring - please join interesting reading material available for free.
