I also heard on the planning grapevine that a certain Forth Ports management figure in property said to an audience this week that Forth Ports have no intention of ever developing the Docks as per the outline planning and that they are now considering all sorts of alternatives hence the BIG WHEEL, bur get this how about a huge bio mass generator.
