As someone who is sick of the mess, stench and health hazard caused by those 'caught short' using our closes, stairs and vennels, I wonder if this might represent a solution?

Interesting as the image is, might it not be better to have some form of design competition to solve the problem you highlight. I heard of a development trust being set-up for this very purpose to run public loos!!! Is there money to be had?
A design competition sounds like a jolly good idea. The pic was merely to suggest one solution. In CEC's hands i fear we would end up with some freebie from Adshel.
Why don't we get on and organisze it???
