Upcoming Hearing Planning Application 08/04232/FUL

As most of you will know, Greener Leith, the Leith Central CC and Leith Links CC submitted joint comments on this proposal over a year ago: http://citydev-portal.edinburgh.gov.uk/portal/getEdmDoc?docid=57729790

All of these three groups have been asked to attend a hearing on Wednesday the 23rd of June to put our case forward once more so Ally Tibbitt and I have prepared a draft statement that is currently circulating between the three groups. But to open out the discussion I would be really grateful if members of the Regeneration and Development Group could comment as well, so if you can, please give feedback on the attached document. We will have a total of 10 minutes to read it out.

NB. This application is NOT about the biomass plant, but the development of the adjacent 'urban villages'
