- Just moved here. I like Leith and find it interesting with its small shops and green areas. Promotion of small businesses. Encouraging people to use local small food shops, tidying up of green areas (i.e. planting of suitable shrubs etc.). Raising awareness of litter and dog issues.

Food Group
New here so not fully up to date with all activities of GL. Is there a food group already? If not, would anyone be interested in forming one to promote local food. We had a transition group where I lived before and we held some really interesting evening events with local chefs using local food and, at the same time, promoting the aims of the group.
